Caoimhin Kelleher, the goalie for Liverpool, maintains he is fearless about returning to the madhouse that is Old Trafford.
Kelleyher, 25, has been a standout player for the league-leading Reds this season in Alisson Becker’s absence due to injury. Klopp will again choose Kelleyher as his last line of defense when Liverpool takes on Manchester United.
In his debut game at Old Trafford, he gave up four goals as United eliminated their fiercest opponents from the FA Cup last month. However, a major contributing reason to Klopp’s refusal to accept the Irishman’s leaving the team in search of increased playing time last summer was his unflappable demeanor.
Kelleher responded, saying, “It was a good lesson.” I was performing at Old Trafford for the first time, and I could sense the energy in the crowd. That is one way that it is comparable to Anfield. But we must handle that more skillfully. We’ll go there and make every effort to keep the throng under control.
“I don’t have excessive anxiety before games.” That’s just the way I am. I’ve always been really composed, and thus far it’s worked out great. I’m at ease both on and off the field. Regarding it, I have faith in my abilities, which I have held from childhood. I guess I attempt to project my personality online and carry that belief with me.
As a goalie, you must be able to maintain composure under pressure since you have to make quick choices. To make the best decisions, you must be able to maintain your composure.
When Kelleher discussed his plans to leave Liverpool before the season began, his boss informed him that Klopp would not permit his departure.
Alisson and Kelleher have both played 24 games this season as the Reds continue to contend for the Premier League and Europa League. The Republic of Ireland international, who was born in Cork, was given assurances by the Liverpool manager that he would receive playing time.
He was a member of the squad in February when the Merseysiders defeated Chelsea to win the Carabao Cup. Kelleher acknowledges that when Klopp leaves in the summer, he might need to think about his future once more.

“Winning the Carabao and now aiming for other trophies has been an extra bonus. Every football player aspires to compete at the greatest level and win significant trophies, and that is what I am doing. I’m having a great time.
To be honest, I haven’t given the future much thought. If I let go of the numerous crucial games that are approaching, I doubt I could afford to do it. I’ve just been trying to do well at what I’m doing and concentrating on it; the results will be seen later.
Kellogher declined to say which color of red he liked better as a child. Kellogher’s hometown in Ireland is divided between Liverpool and United.
However, he is eager to win this time around at Old Trafford after acknowledging that he had some misgivings about how Liverpool’s domination went unpaid and that their quadruple ambition was dashed by a thrilling 4-3 loss the previous time.
“It’s nice for us to be going back so we can make up for that FA Cup defeat,” he stated. For us, the sooner the better. We had plenty of opportunities and ought to have ended the game, but when you don’t, anything can happen.
“You have to take a chance.” This time, we’re going there with the intention of winning. We would like to return there and perform much better because we were a little let down by our entire performance.
Man U and Liverpool are the two major teams there. Both have enormous fan bases, so Sunday in Ireland will be interesting. Along with certain family members, I have a few friends who cheer for Manchester United. We’re hoping for a favorable outcome, and it should be an intriguing experience.
